Manual remote programming can work on many LandCruisers — but it’s very sensitive to timing, switches, and model variations. Some later variants also require diagnostic programming rather than a manual sequence.

Common reasons it won’t program:

Can you program a LandCruiser remote if the manual steps won’t work?

Yes. Some LandCruiser variants require diagnostic programming, and some won’t enter manual programming mode if a condition isn’t met (switches, timing, battery voltage, alarm interference). We can diagnose and program compatible remotes on-site where supported.

Do you program keys as well as remotes?

Yes, where supported. Remote locking programming is different to immobiliser (transponder) key programming. What’s possible depends on the model, year, and whether you have a working key already.

Which LandCruisers do you cover?

Common Australian models including 100/105 Series, 200 Series and 70 Series variants. We’ll confirm compatibility quickly over the phone based on year and model code.
